What This?  xml logo

The XML symbol let's you know that the DymaxionWeb produces an RSS feed. Thus, we are "syndicated" and that means you can get updates from our site to your desktop as they occur. Actually we are producing two separate feeds: one for the BLOWBACK column and another for CHERRY PICKS. The rub is that this can be a bit confusing for newcomers. Since, unfortunately, when you click on the orange symbol you get a page designed for machine-to-machine communciation. But nevermind: there is a way to go.

RSS Reader

In order for you to take advantage of RSS --sometimes dubbed "Real Simple Syndication" you will need to have an RSS reader. RSS readers can be stand-alone programs like the popular Amphetadesk, programs that take advantage of your browser, like Bloglines and others that live in cyberspace on a website or even install and become part of your email experience --Newsgator is an example of the last. Readers can be set to periodically look for updates on your subscribed sites. In other words, we come to your reader. Readers come in multiple forms and prices; many are free. If you already have one, you will want to copy the URL of the XML file and paste it into your reader's subscribe form. Feeds of new material from DymaxionWeb will be automatically downloaded into your reader. BTW, you can subscribe to BLOWBACK using the following URL: and to CHERRY PICK by typing in: www.dymaxionweb/reblog/index.xml

Of course, don't forget to come back and visit us every now and then to participate in our interactive drome.

Good Luck!
